1. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Offer Wall. Our application(s) may display a third-party hosted “offer wall.” Such an offer wall allows a third-party advertisers to offer virtual currency, gifts, or other items to users in return for the acceptance and completion of an advertisement offer. Such an offer wall may appear in our application(s) and be displayed to you based on certain data, such as your geographic area or demographic information. When you click on an offer wall, you will be brought to an external website belonging to other persons and will leave our application(s). A unique identifier, such as your user ID, will be disclosed with the offer wall provider in order to prevent fraud and properly credit your account with the relevant reward.

6. HOW DO WE PROCESS PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM APPLICANTS?

If you apply for employment with us, we will collect personal information related to your potential employment, including your education and employment history, address and contact information, demographic information, and any other information included in your resume or application (“Applicant Information”). We collect Applicant Information from you, recruiters, former employers, government agencies, and from third parties who may conduct credit checks, background checks, or drug tests on our behalf.

If you are applying for employment with us, we use Applicant Information to process your job application, to verify the information you have provided in your application, conduct interviews, perform background and reference checks, to communicate with you and answer your questions, to confirm your eligibility for employment, and improve our recruiting processes. We may also save your Applicant Information for future employment opportunities with us.

We disclose Applicant Information with our affiliates and subsidiaries, service providers, professional advisors, in the event of a potential merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, and for certain legal purposes, including when we are required by law, to our legal counsel, in the event of litigation, and to detect or investigate fraud or illegal activity.

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or Twitter logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider.
